We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner or Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our rental apartments and guest facilities are maintained. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas are spotless, organized, and welcoming to guests.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and organize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

Change bed linens, towels, and other guest essentials
-
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish surfaces and furniture
-
Dispose of trash and replace liners in all areas
-
Report maintenance issues or damages to the property manager
-
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored after use
-
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and report when stock runs low

Follow Naaky Rentals’ cleaning checklist and safety procedures
🧠 Requirements & Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work (hospitality preferred)

Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
-
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety guidelines
-
Basic communication skills (English or Twi)

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
