Extra Fees That May Apply During Your Stay:

  • Lost Access Key or Card:
    • Replacing lost or damaged access keys or cards will incur a fee of $30 per item.
  • Internet Overuse:
    • Internet usage is measured, and excessive consumption beyond the fair usage policy may attract additional charges.
  • Damaged or Destroyed Items:
    • Guests will be charged for the repair or replacement of any items damaged due to recklessness, intentional acts, or misuse.
  • Carelessness by Guests:
    • Naaky Rentals will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused by the carelessness of guests. Any costs incurred will be billed to the guest.
  • Toiletries:
    • Guests are informed that toiletries and personal hygiene products such as soap, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, and similar items are not included in the apartment provisions. This is to respect the varied preferences and sensitivities of guests. Guests may purchase these items from our open pharmacy/store, located on-site, at their own expense.
  • Wines for Sale:
    • Wines on the shelf are not complimentary. They are for sale, and charges will apply if consumed. Only drinks in the fridge are complimentary for guests.
  • Personal Shopping or Transportation:
    • Guests may arrange to purchase items using:
      • The on-site store at the front of the facility.
      • A driver to make the purchase on your behalf (subject to driver availability).
      • The facility’s car service at a fee, with charges varying based on usage.
  • Smoking Indoors:
    • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $100 will apply for violations.
  • Excessive Cleaning Needs:
    • If the apartment requires more than standard cleaning due to neglect or improper use, an extra cleaning fee of $30 will be charged.
  • Unapproved Late Check-Outs:
    • Staying beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval may result in additional charges.
  • Extra Guests:
    • Bringing extra guests beyond the booked number without prior notice may attract a surcharge per additional guest.
  • Misuse of Pool or Gym:
    • Access to the pool and gym is limited to registered room guests (maximum of 2 persons). Additional guests will attract a fee of $20 per person, per night. Please note that any damage to or misuse of the pool or gym facilities will incur a charge to cover the cost of repairs or additional cleaning.
  • Noise Complaints:
    • A fee may be charged for disrupting other guests during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
  • Pet Policy Violation:
    • Unauthorized pets brought to the facility will result in a penalty fee.
  • Utility Overuse:
    • Excessive electricity or water usage beyond reasonable limits may result in additional charges.
  • Unreturned Items:
    • Guests will be charged for any unreturned items such as towels, linens, or kitchen utensils.
  • Special Requests:
    • Arrangements requiring significant additional effort, such as room redecoration, may incur a service charge.

    • Network details, including the SSID and password, are displayed on the noticeboard in your apartment.
  2. Air Conditioning:
    • Please turn off the air conditioning units when you leave the apartment to conserve energy.

    • Use the provided bins for daily trash disposal.
    • For long-term stays, you can arrange a trash pickup with the Operational Manager before your departure.
  4. Laundry:
    • A washing machine is available for your convenience.
    • Please bring your own detergent or check with the manager if you need assistance.
  5. Toiletries:
      • Kindly note that we do not provide toiletries and personal hygiene products such as soap, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, and similar items by default due to varying guest preferences. However, guests are welcome to visit our open pharmacy/store on-site to purchase their preferred brands of toiletries (soap, lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) at an additional cost.

        • Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect other guests.
      • Pool and Gym Access:
        • You may use the shared pool and gym facilities.
        • Please follow posted rules for safety and hygiene. Use these facilities at your own risk.

    • Turn off all electrical appliances, including the air conditioning, lights, and fans.
    • Ensure the stove, oven, and other kitchen appliances are turned off and unplugged.
  5. Personal Belongings:
    • Double-check all rooms, including closets, drawers, and the bathroom, to ensure you haven’t left any personal belongings behind.
  6. Security:
    • Lock all windows and doors before leaving the premises.
    • If your stay involves a secure parking spot, ensure you remove your vehicle before returning the access card or key.
